In 1993, Eva Pappas opened up Eva of Sayville creating a boutique that lets women express themselves through our garments. Being able to let all women alike feel as beautiful as they look! We are proud to have served our customers

Our curated selection combines sophistication with a touch of intimacy, making it easy for women of all ages to find the perfect look for any occasion, whether it's a special event or just a normal day.

Our founder, Eva, is also a passionate advocate for women's causes. She serves on the board of the National Organization for Women's Safety Awareness, Inc. – Voices for a Cause, where she works to end violence against women. Eva is a dedicated supporter of local charities and has donated her time, goods, and services to organizations such as Mondays at Racines, the NYS Children’s Foundation, the Carol Baldwin Foundation, and The American Heart Association.
